We've never lost a plant or fish in a pond due to excessive chemical application nor do we plan to. We take care as we clean.
Stucco Washing:
Stucco is certainly washable yet an internet search will leave you concerned. It's a porous substrate meaning the surface can be cleaned but imbedded stains can't entirely. Moisture intrusion is more of a concern than blasting off the stucco finish coat. These areas are found where the stucco meets another surface such as a window frame or door jam. Paver cleaning yields great results. Depending on the condition of the joints we can also offer re-sanding after the surface has been cleaned and dried.

If not properly maintained however the wood will either become sun bleached, moldy, or sun bleached and blackened with mold. This is common for all wood when exposed to the elements un protected. Ipe, Mahogany, Teak, Massaranduba are just a few of the exotic hardwoods we have serviced over the years. They require washing, sanding, and a manual oil application. These hardwoods are beautiful when serviced properly but require experience and technique to truly shine!

Prior to washing and re-staining a deck, we often re-set screws on buckled planks, replace rotted planking, or tighten up hand rails as needed.

Cedar Shake Roof Washing and Sealing:
The classic look of this type of roofing is second to none. However, the cedar is a soft wood and affected by the elements just as a deck would. We wash and prep the roof surface with a moderate wash and wood cleaner application. Then we'll apply a toner sealant to restore the aesthetic and provide moisture protection for a few years.
Graffiti Removal:
Graffiti can be removed with a chemical application and moderate pressure. Depending on the substrate different techniques are utilized.
Gutter Clearing and Unclogging:
Proper functioning gutter systems are an absolute must in the northeast climate. Water is the enemy to all real estate so it's imperative that these systems are in functioning order
Gutter Face Detailing:
We typically can remove the tiger striping from the gutter faces caused by an electrostatic cling. This occurs when dripping water ionizes the dirt as it dries leaving these stains. This is typically a manual cleaning application and commonly utilized around the home entrance. The standard home wash does a great job with gutter face cleaning but we can add this type of detailing upon request. It's also worth noting that results are not always 100% depending on the age of the aluminum.
